31 days of Halloween!
DHAMP is a mentorship program designed to build relationships between fellow artists, local businesses, and community members while contributing to one of Denton's most visible and celebrated public events. Emerging artists (Mentees) are paired with professional artists (Mentors) experienced in public art to form artist teams. Together, these teams collaborate with local businesses in Downtown Denton to design public artworks displayed during 31 Days of October this year.
Support the artist fund
Support the DHAMP artist teams as they create unique art installations for 31 Days of Halloween. Each artist is required to enroll in commercial liability insurance during the program, which totals $2,963.04. Instead of asking artists to take insurance costs out of their own pocket, we are calling on the community to help them get over the finish line.
