Artist payout form
-
Artists are encouraged to make 2-5 works of art during their scheduled time block.
Artists must make quality works of art that will be dry at the end of the process, ready for an event-goer to take home immediately upon purchase.
You are welcome to bring any reasonable amount of special materials for your art-making, just be conscious of fellow artists’ spacial needs.
This event is typically a drawing-based event but we want to keep it open to other mediums, so long the work is dry and ready to take home by end of time slot.
Have fun! Our audience ranges from artists to non-artists, don’t overthink what you think someone will want.
-
Event-goers will be instructed not to disturb the artists at work, but rather to communicate before and/or after their scheduled time.
Artists cannot take commissions while drawing. We’ve encouraged anyone interested in commissions to approach the artist after their time slot is over.
Artwork is up for sale as soon as the runner takes it from the artist.
Purchased art can be signed by the artist if requested.Description text goes here

Artists will be assigned a 50 minute block of time to make art to be sold on location. Artists can expect to make 2-5 works of art.
There will be a 10 minute buffer between art-making time blocks for artists to clean up their station after use and to set up before their scheduled time block.
Local collectives will table at the event. There will be a DJ and a food truck on site.
-
During your scheduled art-making time, a runner will take your completed work of art to be hung up/displayed for sale.
Once the art leaves the artist’s hands and into the runners, people can claim the art either from the runner or from the display section.
Artists will hand over a piece of paper with their name and affiliated organization if applicable. This will help us keep track of which artists sell.
Artworks will be sold for $50 a piece, with 50% ($25) going back to the artist for each work sold.Description text goes here
